About Infinitea Kombucha
Nicole Gervace, the founder of Infinitea Kombucha, suffered digestive problems due to a dairy allergy. In order to assist her digestive recovery, she began to drink and make Kombucha Tea. Soon after, she could not keep up with the demand from friends and family, so she started to manufacture it commercially. It is her mission to provide enthusiasts with the best tasting Kombucha in the market place.
What is Kombucha Tea?
Infinitea Kombucha is a sparkling beverage that some people say tastes like wine; while others say, tastes like apple cider. This ancient brew is a live-raw food that boosts energy while purifying the body. In the 1960's, Kombucha Tea gained popularity as the "fountain of youth elixir" and made its way to the Western world. Many people mistakenly think Kombucha is a mushroom but in truth, the Kombucha culture is a Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast or SCOBY. Raw fragments of the SCOBY, or Squiddles, appear naturally.
Kombucha Tea is not intended to be a cure-all.
Many people enjoy drinking the effervescent beverage and report an overall feeling of well-being!
Benefits: Many people, but definitely NOT anyone associated with the FDA, claim that drinking Kombucha Tea supports a variety of things, such as:
Increases energy
Detoxifies the liver
Strengthens kidney function
Eases arthritis pain
Balances the body's pH levels
Improves metabolism
Replenishes intestinal flora
Improves digestion
Assists wrinkle reduction
Restores vision
Lengthens lifespan
Generates an overall feeling of good health and well-being!
